A spacious two bedroom apartment located in a quiet and beautiful part of the city centre.
With two rooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, it is perfect for families or a small group of friends.
Our two-room 396 Apartment with a separate living room and kitchen gives the feeling of modern life in an old building. It is located on the fourth floor (no elevator) and offers a nice view of the surroundings from the balcony. It has a corridor, 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with two beds, which can be combined on request to make a double bed. Living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a sofa in the living room, which can be prepared as a bed for an additional person. It has a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen, as well as wireless internet, are included in the price.
396 apartment can accommodate 4 people, 2 in each room. If necessary, it is possible to prepare a comfortable bed for an additional person on the sofa in the living room (€20.00 per person per night). Therefore, we can host a maximum of 5 people in the apartment.
You will enjoy this spacious apartment in a great location. The old town center is a 10-minute walk away along the green bank of the Ljubljanica river. Near the apartment there is a bar where various events and concerts of the local scene take place. Public transport (bus station) is near the apartment. 5 minutes from the apartment is the harbor for boats that take you along the Ljubljanica river, and a little further you can find one of the most beautiful parks in Ljubljana – Špica park. Across the bridge you will find the oldest botanical garden in Ljubljana.
